We are looking for an experienced advertising sales professional for full-time or part-time sales. This individual will work directly with our executive team and be responsible for driving sales both locally and nationally. In addition to sales, this person will have a strategic role within our rapidly growing company by helping to drive content and partnerships.
This is a 100% commission job with the opportunity to grow nationally with our company. This person must be able to work independently from a home office location and attend weekly team meetings. The ideal candidate will be able to dedicate 25+ hours/week to Austin Tidbits.

We are currently looking for contributing writers for Austin Tidbits.
If you love writing about new and exciting developments, up and
coming designers and interesting concepts around Austin, then this is
an ideal gig for you.
Requirements:
- Submission of “tidbits” and accompanying images to Tidbits editors
for review and editing (a minimum of 4 “bits” must be submitted per
month)
- Austin Tidbits editors will provide contributing writers with
research targets and deadlines on a bi-monthly basis
- Contributing writers will be listed on Austin Tidbits website as
“Contributing Writer” upon completion of 2 months as a contributing
writer.
- All submitted bits are subject to edits and revisions and will remain
property of Tidbits, LLC. You will, however, be able to submit
your bits as published clips to media outlets.
- Tidbits contributing writers are currently unpaid. We will provide
performance-based references for future endeavors.

Houston Tidbits
We are looking for several energetic, ambitious, hip and “in the know” interns who would like to work for Houston Tidbits website. www.gotidbits.com
Weekly Tasks:
- Gathering materials from various shops, restaurants, music vendors, entrepreneurs, etc…
- Developing public relations around town to create buzz about our site
- Creating a trackable database of Tidbits contacts
- Contributing Tidbit ideas by researching up-and-coming or unknown content
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed
Time Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 hours per week (flexible on hours)
- One staff meeting per week to track progress and provide updates
Skill Set:
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Fun and outgoing
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive and autonomous- can work with little guidance at times
- Interested in the Houston shopping, restaurant, music and entertainment scene
Compensation:
